Mario is a Partner of the Crédit des Alpes Group and co-founder of CdA Capital, a Swiss subsidiary and full member of ARIF, the FINMA-recognised financial association. He advises on selected M&A transactions across Southern Europe and supports the firm's international capital formation activities, focusing on private equity, venture capital, private credit and real assets.
With more than ten years of experience, Mario has advised on over 100 transactions across Europe and the United States, representing an aggregate value of approximately USD 2 billion. He previously served as founding CEO of LBS Capital, a Middle East-backed real estate fund, and held positions at BNP Paribas and Baker McKenzie.
