Imma is Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School and Professor of Epidemiology at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.
She is an internationally recognised authority in cancer research, telomere biology and ageing, with a distinguished academic career spanning more than three decades. Her research has been instrumental in understanding the relationship between telomere length, ageing and lifestyle factors, highlighting the impact of behavioural choices on DNA integrity.
