Credit des Alpes acquired a majority interest in Swiss Data Deposit AG of Zurich, one of the main world producers of digital data security and protection technology.
Credit des Alpes, with offices in Geneva and Lugano, controlled by Fabrizio Cerina, has recently acquired 55% of Swiss Data Deposit SDD, based in Zurich which is one of the most important suppliers of data protection and security systems in the sector. In particular it serves private banks, lawfirms and hospitals. The Italian company Redaelli Tecna and pa rticipation in the restaurant chain Cipriani, among others, also belong to the Cerina Group.
Credit des Alpes, the banking group controlled by the Italian-Swiss financeer Fabrizio Cerina, has acquired 55% in Swiss Data Deposit AG of Zurich, one of the main world producers of digital data security and protection technology. Swiss Data Deposit services in Italy mostly the large hospitals, providing them with advanced encryption technology and storage of confidential data. Credit des Alpes’ holdings include Redaelli Tecna, the largest Italian and fifth worldwide producer of steel wires and in the restaurant group Cipriani (whose Harry’s Bar brand name is the most famous) in London.
