Crédit des Alpes has advised clients on transactions across various sectors, including telecoms, hospitality, real estate and industrials.

Most of our work is confidential, but high-profile matters in the public domain include Vivendi’s US$4.2 billion acquisition of Brazilian broadband leader GVT. We originated the opportunity, initiated the negotiations and advised GVT’s majority shareholders in what was the world’s largest transaction in the telecoms industry in 2010.

Crédit des Alpes advised on the sale of The Saxony Hotel in Miami to a U.S. institutional investor. The property, branded Faena Hotel Miami Beach following the transaction, included 209 hotel suites and 65 luxury residences and is still one of the largest hotel and residential property transactions in Miami to date. Also in the hospitality sector, we arranged the establishment of Cipriani London, where we were also equity partners, and Casa Cipriani Milan in 2022.

Between 2018 and 2026, we secured significant credit facilities for several of our clients from leading financial institutions, including Amundi and Azimut groups.

In the industrial sector, Crédit des Alpes advised on and invested in the acquisition of Redaelli Tecna, one of the world’s largest producers of steel wire.
