Throughout his 25-year career in the banking and investment industries, Fabrizio has advised on and invested in over 150 transactions with an aggregate value of more than US$75 billion, in the telecoms, hospitality, real estate, and industrial sectors. These included the US$ 4.2 billion acquisition of the Brazilian broadband market-leader GVT by Vivendi (VIV.PA), The Saxony Hotel project acquisition (which was branded Faena Hotel South Beach Miami, following the transaction), the Redaelli Tecna (4th world’s largest steel-wire manufacturer) acquisition, L Catterton financing and Cipriani Milan in 2020 and 2022 respectively. Fabrizio has served as Credit des Alpes Group chairman since 2012.
